Work Environment

This position is remote, providing the flexibility of working from home while still being a part of a close-knit, outpatient team in Norfolk, Virginia. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand the mental health concerns of clients, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices.
  • Deliver effective individual, group, and family therapy using proven therapeutic modalities, ensuring each session is customized to meet the specific needs and goals of clients.

Qualifications
