We are looking for a highly motivated Graduate Software Engineer to join our US technology team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience in a real-world software environment. You will be at the intersection of product engineering, cloud computing, and complex data environments. You will play a crucial role in our engineering team, focusing on the analysis of logs and data to assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of key issues.

Responsibilities
  • Log and Data Analysis: You will be responsible for reviewing application logs, system metrics, and operational data to identify patterns, errors, and potential issues.
  • Issue Triage & Resolution: Work closely with our engineering teams to triage incoming bugs and support tickets, providing them with initial findings and relevant information from your log analysis.
  • Feature Development: You will be introduced to bug fixing and the initial development of new features, helping to build out our products and solutions.
  • Collaborate and Document: Serve as a key link between our Quality Assurance, Operations, and and Engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and a quick path to resolution. Maintain clear and concise documentation of issues, findings, and resolutions in our knowledge base.
What we are looking for…..
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Problem-Solver: You have a natural curiosity and a passion for figuring out problems and getting to the root cause of an issue. You are a disciplined creator of automated tests for your own code.
  • Eager to Learn: A genuine interest in software development and a strong desire to build a career in engineering.
  • Independent & Adaptable: You can work autonomously to find solutions to complex problems and be flexible and responsive to changing requirements and priorities.
  • Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to a variety of audiences.
  • Technical Skills: Some familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript) and a basic understanding of software systems is a plus.
Desired Skills
  • Experience with Application Observability tools such as Splunk or Datadog.
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Alongside a salary of $76,240 - $95,300 (Depending on Experience), we offer a range of benefits including:
