• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health concerns, using clinical interviews and standardized tools to formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific goals utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others.
• Facilitate individual, couple, and group therapy sessions focusing on a range of mental health disorders, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, employing effective de-escalation techniques and strategic resources.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records in compliance with ethical standards and privacy regulations, ensuring documentation reflects treatment progress and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and available community resources, acting as an advocate for their needs and rights.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of advancements in mental health practices and methodologies.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals from various backgrounds experiencing a range of mental health challenges. This includes anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Your contributions will significantly impact the lives of clients as you help them develop coping strategies, improve their emotional resilience, and achieve their personal growth objectives.

• Must hold a current license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities are essential.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health setting is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a warm and trusting environment for clients.

• While prior experience in a clinical setting is advantageous, we are open to considering entry-level candidates with the right educational background and enthusiasm for mental health counseling.

The salary range for this position is competitive, set between USD 85,000 and 100,000 per year. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus to qualified candidates.
