As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns, followed by formulating clinical diagnoses and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Providing evidence-based therapy modalities in various formats including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailored to meet specific client needs.
• Delivering crisis intervention support to clients facing acute mental health situations, ensuring them access to the necessary resources and emotional support.
• Maintaining comprehensive and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards for practicing therapists.
• Actively collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals such as psychiatrists and social workers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Educating clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs as needed.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) in California.

• Minimum of two years of related experience in a clinical setting.
