This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and a conducive work-life balance for the therapist. You will maintain an active practice, utilizing teletherapy tools to conduct sessions, manage client records, and track progress effectively.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health concerns, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses and individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).
• Provide critical crisis intervention and immediate support to clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and dignity during emergencies.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records aligned with ethical and legal standards, including treatment plans, progress notes, and results of assessments.
• Collaborate with a range of healthcare professionals to coordinate care effectively, ensuring clients receive the comprehensive support they require for their mental health journey.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and collaborative learning opportunities to remain current with evolving mental health practices.

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW).

• A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in a counseling or therapeutic setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients empathetically.

• Previous experience working in an outpatient clinical setting is beneficial but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.

The position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we are pleased to provide a sign-on bonus to new hires.
