This position is offered in a remote work setting, allowing you to provide counseling services without the constraints of a traditional office environment. As a member of our outpatient team, you will engage with clients through telehealth visits, making mental health services accessible and convenient. • Conduct comprehensive client assessments, utilizing standardized tools to understand mental health concerns and formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals and evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Provide therapy sessions—whether individual, group, or family—tailored to the specific needs of each client, allowing for adjustments based on progress and feedback.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises through scheduled telehealth sessions.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in our secure electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a holistic care plan that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs throughout the process.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending training sessions and workshops to remain updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with clients dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other emotional difficulties. • The candidate must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential for formulating effective treatment plans.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are critical to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• A strong commitment to ethical and professional standards in clinical practice is a must.

• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is an asset.
