• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities that align with the unique goals of each client.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.
• Provide urgent crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and emergency referrals as necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes following ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, ensuring comprehensive care delivery.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues and treatment options while advocating for their rights within the healthcare system.
• Commit to ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and seminars to stay current with best practices in the field.

• Valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Texas.
• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related mental health field is required.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience are preferred to ensure effective delivery of therapeutic services.

• Prior experience in a clinical mental health setting is preferred but not essential for entry-level applicants.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
