As part of our outpatient office model, you will have the opportunity to conduct virtual therapy sessions, utilizing secure telehealth platforms to engage effectively with clients and maintain a productive therapeutic environment.

• Conduct detailed, comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and devise personalized treatment plans that align with best practices in mental health therapy.
• Deliver high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate clients' growth and resilience.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients facing acute mental health issues, enabling them to navigate crises effectively with timely support and guidance.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA and ethical standards, including treatment plans and progress notes, ensuring continuity of care.
• Engage in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams that may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to offer comprehensive care and referrals as needed.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources available to them, advocating for their rights and access to services.
• Stay informed about advances in the mental health field through ongoing training, workshops, and professional development, enhancing your skills and knowledge for better client outcomes.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will engage with a wide array of client demographics, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to create a supportive and understanding environment will empower clients to share their experiences and work towards achieving their personal goals.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) in the state of Florida.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
• Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in mental health counseling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and interdisciplinary team members.
• Proficiency in remote therapy tools and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a diverse team of professionals.
• Commitment to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in therapy practice.

• Experience in a clinical setting, particularly with outpatient services or teletherapy, is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and culturally competent practices.
