Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Conduct thorough client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that thoughtfully address each individual’s goals and challenges.
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with clients, setting measurable objectives while regularly monitoring their progress to ensure sustained improvement and satisfaction.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and regulatory standards by maintaining precise clinical documentation and session notes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Utilize our dedicated platform for efficient session management, enabling easy access to client histories and notes for effective treatment delivery.
• Engage in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights and best practices with colleagues, fostering a community of continuous learning and professional support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your client base will be diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will be vital in assisting clients to navigate their difficulties while facilitating healing and personal growth.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• You must hold a full, unrestricted license to practice independently as a mental health therapist in Kansas (e.g., LCMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD).

Preferred Experience

• Two or more years of clinical experience in therapy settings where you have worked with a variety of patient demographics and mental health conditions.
• Proficiency in telehealth practices and experience using online platforms for therapy delivery.
• Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
