Reporting to the Sales Manager - Americas, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth within an assigned territory across the Americas through direct customer engagement and channel partner management. This role owns regional order intake, opportunity creation, and execution of the customer buying process, playing a critical role in advancing FOBA's commercial strategy. This is a remote position within the assigned region.

📍Location: anywhere within Mid West region

In this role, a typical day will look like
  • Owning regional order intake, revenue performance, and margin for the assigned territory.

  • Managing a portfolio of direct customers, OEMs, integrators, and strategic channel partners.

  • Driving new business through proactive prospecting, customer visits, and application-based solution selling.

  • Maintaining disciplined opportunity management in Salesforce, including forecasting, pipeline development, and deal progression.

  • Leading customer engagements, technical discussions, and site visits in collaboration with Applications Engineering and Service teams.

  • Developing and enabling distribution partners through joint sales activities, opportunity reviews, and alignment with FOBA sales processes.

This role requires approximately 50%+ travel within the assigned region. Travel is primarily regional, with flexibility in scheduling and planning customer visits, partner engagements, and sales activities.

The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in capital equipment or engineered solutions.

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value opportunities.

  • Experience selling into industries such as automotive, medical devices, packaging, or industrial manufacturing.

  • Willingness and ability to travel 50%+ within the assigned territory.

The compensation range for this role is $95000 - $114000 USD per year.This job is also eligible for Commission Pay.
