The ibot® Personal Mobility Device (PMD) is our breakthrough solution: a single, versatile device that eliminates the need to have multiple mobility aids. With six unique modes - including stair-climbing, 4-wheel, and balance mode - the ibot® enables users to move beyond the limits of ADA standards and experience a new level of freedom and confidence in their daily lives.
We are seeking a dedicated, mission-driven Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) to join our team as we build our outreach and presence across the country. In this role, you'll build relationships with clinicians and support clients through the evaluation, delivery and comprehensive training process on the ibot® PMD. You'll be a key ambassador for the Mobius Mobility brand, bridging users and clinicians with engineers and technicians, advancing innovation in mobility.
This is a remote role with travel, focused on supporting clients in the Greater Portland area and surrounding regions. Candidates located in Oregon or surrounding states are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Client and Clinical Support
  • Partner with clinicians to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate ibot® configurations
  • Conduct Complex Rehab Technology assessments and home environment evaluations
  • Deliver devices, ensure proper equipment fit, and provide hands-on user training
  • Demonstrate product operation and ensure safe, effective use of the ibot® PMD
Territory Growth & Relationship Building
  • Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with clinicians, rehab facilities, and community partners
  • Identify new opportunities to expand awareness and adoption of the ibot® PMD
  • Conduct in-services, product demonstrations, and educational sessions
Operational Excellence
  • Review seating specifications and orders for accuracy
  • Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth configuration, delivery, and follow-through
  • Assist with insurance documentation and processes as needed
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events
  • Uphold RESNA's Code of Ethics and all company policies
Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Current ATP Certification (RESNA) or scheduled to take the test
  • Hands-on experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Valid driver license
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in health sciences, Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy
  • 1-3 years of experience as an ATP or therapist in rehab technology, a rehab facility, clinic, DME environment, or other applicable environments
  • Experience with CRMs (Atlas, Salesforce or HubSpot)
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to physically train new users for basic ibot® operation and ibot® stair climbing
  • Ability to use standard office equipment and computer systems
  • Ability to lift items up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to travel as needed domestically by car and plane
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $80k-$100k, plus commission opportunities. This represents a good-faith estimate of the compensation range for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on an applicant's experience, credentials, and geographic location.
