As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Directly engaging with clients both through telehealth and community outreach to provide therapeutic services for major mental health issues.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on common goals and share insights about client care strategies.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing integrated care plans that reflect best practices in mental health.
• Providing crisis intervention and support, acting swiftly to manage and de-escalate any urgent situations that arise.
• Monitoring and evaluating client progress, ensuring that treatment services remain aligned with clients' needs and requests.
• Completing necessary documentation and reports in a timely fashion, contributing to data-driven quality improvement initiatives.
• Adhering to the Code of Conduct and ethical guidelines of COHC while maintaining high standards of professionalism in all interactions.

We prefer candidates who possess at least 2 years of clinical experience in a similar role, ideally in a community or school-based setting. Experience working with under-served populations and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques will be considered advantageous.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
