Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
  • Handle high call volumes from patients with benefit inquiries
  • Break down complex details like copays, coinsurance, deductibles, coverage and EOBs
  • Assist with claims processing as needed
  • Engage directly with both providers and members to ensure resolution
Customer Service Representative Requirements
  • Must bring recent commercial insurance experience
  • Solid background in explaining EOBs
  • 2+ years of member-facing customer service experience in healthcare
Logistics
  • Work Model: Fully remote with equipment provided
  • Compensation: $18.00 per hour
