Avli is looking for a full-time and part-time prep cooks.
Summary
Avli Restaurants are creative Greek, where tradition meets contemporary elegance and guests experience our core philosophies of Philoxenia (hospitality), Kefi (joy), and Meraki (passion).

We welcome you in to live and enjoy life through our classic and contemporary Greek dishes, lively beverage program, and an ambiance that reflects life in Greece.


Our ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • Daily set and prepare station

Job Duties:

  • Set up station according to restaurant guidelines.
  • Prepare all food items for the daily menu and specials in a sanitary and timely manner.
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
  • Restock items as needed throughout shift.
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills.
  • Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Job Schedule:

Must be available to work various hours, days, and shifts, including weekends.
