A strong start in sales doesn't always require previous sales experience.

AO Globe Life is looking for Remote Customer Sales Representatives to connect with people who have already expressed interest in learning about insurance and supplemental benefit options. The role is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys conversation, learns quickly, and wants to develop practical skills in communication, customer service, and sales.

No insurance background is necessary. New representatives receive training on the products, systems, and processes used in the role.

Location Requirement

This position is remote, but applicants must currently live in an eligible hiring area and have a residential address in one of the locations below.

All provinces and territories

What the Representative Will Do

The representative will work directly with individuals who have requested information and help them understand the options available to them.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Conducting scheduled conversations with prospective clients by phone and virtually

  • Presenting information clearly and answering questions
  • Guiding clients through the application process
