Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions that focus on tailored treatment plans to address clientsโ€™ specific mental health concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, including clinical notes and treatment progress, in accordance with state regulations and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, ensuring cohesive and comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in scheduled team meetings and professional development workshops to share insights, strategies, and stay updated with the latest therapeutic methodologies.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing group therapy programs that promote wellness and foster social support among participants.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our clients present a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Your role will be pivotal in providing compassionate care to enhance their overall well-being and empower them to navigate through their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in counseling or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and empathetic listening skills.
  • Ability to apply problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making in therapeutic scenarios.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHRs) and other relevant healthcare technologies.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of experience is required, candidates with additional therapeutic modalities expertise, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care, will be given preference. Experience in a fast-paced outpatient setting with an emphasis on client-centered care will also be beneficial.
