• Conduct thorough assessments to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health concerns, establishing accurate clinical diagnoses and developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each individual.
• Provide therapeutic sessions in multiple formats—individual, group, and family therapy—utilizing evidence-based methodologies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address specific mental health issues.
• Deliver crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress, offering immediate assistance and resources to stabilize their mental health situations.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive care through coordinated efforts with other health care providers.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health challenges, treatment options, and available community resources; serve as an advocate for clients' rights and needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops and training sessions, staying informed of current best practices in mental health therapy.

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, encompassing various age groups and backgrounds. You will address a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and more. Understanding and respecting the unique experiences and cultural contexts of each client is essential in fostering an environment conducive to healing.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is essential.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic skills is necessary for effective client evaluations.
• At least two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate meaningful client interactions.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Commitment to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all clinical interactions.

• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred; however, entry-level candidates with strong professional backgrounds may be considered.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapeutic techniques is advantageous.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
