Our outpatient office provides a vibrant and collaborative workspace for team meetings and professional development sessions. We utilize advanced telehealth technology to connect with clients, track progress, and facilitate remote group therapy sessions, ensuring comprehensive care in a safe, virtual environment.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, developing personalized treatment plans that outline measurable goals and interventions.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families by employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Respond to mental health crises by providing immediate intervention and support to clients in distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client sessions, treatment plans, and assessments in alignment with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive and cohesive care for clients.
• Empower clients and their families by providing education regarding treatment options, resources, and coping strategies, while advocating for their rights and needs.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and workshops to refine skills and stay abreast of best practices in the field.

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds seeking support for mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your approach must be tailored to meet the unique needs and cultural contexts of each client, thereby ensuring an inclusive and equitable therapeutic experience.

• Current license as a Mental Health Therapist—LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required, with preference given to candidates holding a Master’s or Doctoral degree.
• Demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and diagnosis with a solid understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
• Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective client engagement and collaboration with team members.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
• A strong commitment to ethical practices and ongoing professional development.

• Past experience in a clinical mental health setting is highly valued, although entry-level candidates with relevant education may also be considered.
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and integrated care models.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a generous sign-on bonus.
