Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist will be conducted entirely through telehealth platforms, allowing for the flexibility and convenience of working from home. • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health issues and formulate accurate diagnoses, shaping individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide various therapeutic modalities—including individual, group, and family therapy—using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) that align with the client’s treatment goals.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support and safety.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with all applicable ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care and support to clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment pathways, coping strategies, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy through ongoing training and participation in workshops.

The clients you will support come from varied backgrounds and experiences. Your focus will be on fostering relationships with individuals, couples, and families, assisting them in navigating life challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Making a positive impact on the mental health of your clients is at the core of this role, enhancing their quality of life through compassionate care.

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist including LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Proficient clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with an understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage client caseloads effectively while contributing to teamwork.
• A strong commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards in practice.

• Experience in a clinical or telehealth setting is highly valued but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms enhances efficiency in client management and service delivery.

Roseville Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
