• Conduct thorough initial assessments to thoroughly understand clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and prepare tailored treatment plans that align with client goals.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.
• Provide crisis intervention services, supporting clients in acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and stability.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records, adhering to ethical and legal standards while documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care and facilitate referrals when necessary.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health challenges, therapeutic processes, and community resources available for ongoing support.
• Engage in professional development through workshops, training sessions, and continuous learning to remain updated on best practices in mental health therapy.

In this role, you will work with a wide range of clients presenting various mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, relationship conflicts, and more. Our clients typically include individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups, all seeking support in navigating their unique challenges. Your ability to connect and empathize with clients will be essential in fostering a therapeutic alliance that promotes their healing journey.

• Licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW is required.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is mandatory.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.

• Previous work experience in a clinical setting is favored but may not be necessary for entry-level positions, as we value eagerness to learn:
