JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Penn State University Outreach is accepting applications for part time Instructors to teach and advise for the CI 288 and CI 488 courses. Instructors will advise and deliver course instruction regarding CI 288 and CI 488 on critical understanding of basic concepts and principles in first and second language acquisition and teaching.

The courses explicate processes of language acquisition viewed from major theories of first and second language acquisition and common issues within these major theories are presented and discussed. Instructors will engage students to critically examine language teaching methodologies and theories and apply them. Off-site course instruction included.
