About the Role

What You'll Do
  • Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments using Zoom and other online platforms
  • Explain available benefit options in a clear, professional, and customer-focused manner
  • Answer client questions and provide ongoing support
  • Build long-term relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate client records using CRM and digital tools
  • Participate in virtual training sessions, coaching, and team meetings
  • Collaborate with experienced mentors and leadership to achieve personal and team goals
