JOB SUMMARY:
-The Data Specialist II position will provide data entry and abstraction support as well as other clerical and advanced reporting duties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
-Data abstraction and entry from patient's clinical source documents (charts, etc), as well as forms/wall charts for external registries.
-Advanced quality audits of both internal and external registries.
-Advanced Registry Reporting

Responsibilities:
-Custom Reporting and distribution.
-Charge entry and audits.
-Filing/scanning.
-Administration of external registries.
-Administration and user support/training for internal and external registries.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS:
-Associate's degree or higher preferred.
-Minimum of 3 years of pure data entry experience.
-Medical field experience preferred but not required.
