Position Overview
Gary Brown Homes, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant (Remote) to support its administrative and project-management operations. The successful candidate will enter, update, organize, and verify information while ensuring company records remain accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update project, customer, vendor, and administrative information.
Maintain accurate digital records, spreadsheets, and databases.
Review data for accuracy and correct discrepancies.
Organize documents and maintain electronic files.
Assist with invoices, purchase orders, project records, and other administrative documentation.
Perform basic data verification and research when needed.
Support the Project Management and administrative teams with routine data-entry tasks.
