This role is ideal for someone with approximately 1 to 3 years of relevant experience who is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and interested in building hands-on experience in advertising, client services, campaign management, and out-of-home media within a fast-paced, collaborative remote environment.
As Outdoor Nation continues to grow, this role will offer opportunities to collaborate across departments, support a focused group of accounts, and take on expanded responsibilities over time.
What You'll Be Doing

  • Collect, organize, and review Proof of Performance materials and assist with client-ready recap decks.
  • Maintain accurate campaign, proposal, project, and client details in CRM and internal tracking systems.
  • Support RFPs, proposals, market research, reporting, presentations, and client communications.
  • Assist with billing and reconciliation by gathering campaign documentation, billing schedules, and pre-bill details.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external partners to help resolve questions and keep work moving.
  • Participate in cross-training, team initiatives, and process improvements as ODN continues to grow.
What You'll Need to Be Successful
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and details accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, client-first, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote team environment.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and responsibilities as the company grows.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in account coordination, client services, or a related role; media or advertising agency experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management, media planning, or analytics tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
Remote Work amp; Physical Requirements
This role operates in a fully remote work environment. Employees are expected to maintain a dedicated and professional workspace that is suitable for productive work and regular virtual collaboration.
  • Sit or stand at a computer workstation for extended periods.
  • Use standard home office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, mouse, telephone, and printer.
  • Communicate effectively via phone, email, and video conferencing tools.
  • Occasionally lift and carry items up to 15 pounds, such as a laptop, files, or office supplies, if needed for remote work setup or company-provided equipment.
  • Minimal travel is expected. Occasional travel may occur for team meetings, training, company events, or the annual company retreat.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base pay within the posted range, based on experience, skills, and business needs.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and supplemental coverage options
  • Generous paid time off.
  • 11 paid holidays, plus 3 additional floating holidays.
  • 401(k) plan with company match.
  • Parental leave to support you and your family.
  • Paid time off to volunteer with nonprofit organizations or community service groups.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility to support work-life balance.
  • A collaborative, high-energy culture that values teamwork and innovation.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.

  • An employee-led culture committee that keeps things engaged through lunch and learns, trivia, escape rooms, and other team-building activities.
