We are looking for a Remote Customer Experience Specialist in the San Francisco area to assist clients with organizing travel and managing reservations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving and client interaction.

In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for clients, assisting with questions, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing ongoing support before, during, and after travel. Key Responsibilities
