Position Overview

Crystal Cove Wellness Center, LLC is actively seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our dynamic and supportive team. This remote position represents an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive mental health services to our diverse client base from the comfort of your own home. Work Environment

This position will be fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to create a work environment that is comfortable and conducive to productivity. You will be connecting with clients through virtual meetings and telehealth platforms, ensuring that effective care continues regardless of geographical constraints. As part of a community health clinic, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals dedicated to improving patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain open lines of communication with physicians and other healthcare providers to report patient progress, concerns, and evolving treatment needs.
  • Consult with clients' families and support systems to develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans that meet each individual's unique needs.
  • Document clinical and progress notes accurately and punctually in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement evidence-based treatment plans and discharge strategies based on thorough psychosocial assessments.
  • Assist clients with coordinated discharge planning, ensuring a seamless transition to ongoing care as needed by liaising with various service providers.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The therapist in this role will serve a varied clientele, including individuals dealing with mental health disorders, emotional distress, and substance use issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and may present with unique challenges, requiring tailored therapeutic interventions to facilitate healing and recovery. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping them navigate their mental health journeys and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or comparable credential.
  • A minimum of three years of experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating expertise in assessment and treatment.
  • Strong proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with electronic medical records, email communications, and standard office software applications.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills, able to manage various caseloads and demonstrate independence in therapeutic practice.
Preferred Experience

Experience with teletherapy and digital health solutions is highly desirable. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) will enhance your effectiveness in this role. An understanding of substance abuse treatment and integrated care models is a plus, as we strive to offer comprehensive services.

Compensation and Benefits
