Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized screening tools and interviews.
  • Create tailored treatment plans collaboratively with clients, encompassing various therapeutic modalities that cater to individual challenges and objectives.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Engage in interprofessional teamwork with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to develop integrated plans of care, ensuring that all aspects of the clientโ€™s mental health are addressed.
  • Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, fostering an understanding of mental health issues and promoting active participation in treatment.
  • Maintain comprehensive and confidential records of client interactions, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor at our clinic, you will work with a diverse client base including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications
