The key aspects of your role will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans, employing evidence-based methodologies that ensure superior patient outcomes.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique circumstances and preferences.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality and data integrity.
• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other allied health professionals, to provide holistic and coordinated care for patients.
• Participating actively in case consultations and peer reviews to continually assess and improve treatment quality.
• Educating and guiding patients and their families on mental health issues, treatment avenues, and community resources available for further support.
• Staying abreast of current research and best practices in mental health to refine your clinical approaches and enhance service delivery.

Your role will focus on a broad range of patients with varying mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other psychological challenges. By working with diverse populations, you will not only aid individuals in their recovery journeys but also contribute to reducing stigma around mental health issues in the communities we serve.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in Illinois.
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience, specifically focused on psychotherapy service delivery.
• Proficiency in various solution-focused psychotherapy and intervention techniques.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting, demonstrating collaboration and respect for diverse perspectives.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy delivery.
• Prior work in outpatient settings, particularly in detox or substance use treatment environments.
• Involvement in community outreach or mental health advocacy initiatives.

• Salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
