Korean-Speaking Medicare Enrollment Specialist Remote (Southern California Residents Only)
We are partnering with a healthcare organization seeking a bilingual Korean-speaking professional to support individuals navigating Medicare coverage options. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy consultative conversations, helping others make informed decisions, and working in a goal-oriented environment.

Pay: $20-$25 hr. DOE
Position Overview
The Medicare Enrollment Specialist serves as a trusted resource for prospective members, providing education on available healthcare coverage options and assisting individuals through the enrollment process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build rapport over the phone while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective members through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Educate individuals on available healthcare coverage options and benefits.
  • Conduct needs-based consultations to help identify appropriate plan solutions.
  • Facilitate enrollment activities through approved channels and processes.
  • Schedule appointments and support outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
  • Consistently achieve performance and enrollment objectives.
  • Adhere to all HIPAA, compliance, and privacy requirements.
Qualifications
  • Must reside in Southern California.
  • Fluent in Korean, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Ability to successfully complete a Korean language proficiency assessment.
  • Active California Life & Health Insurance License preferred; candidates with an expired license who are willing to reactivate may also be considered.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in telesales, call center, customer outreach, or phone-based sales.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or government-sponsored healthcare programs is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting senior populations is a plus.
  • Ability to work within a flexible call-center schedule, including hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, seven days per week.
