Work Environment

This role is structured as a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while building meaningful connections with clients. Our outpatient office setting provides a supportive framework for delivering therapeutic services, backed by a team of dedicated professionals. As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will utilize advanced telehealth tools to conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and patient follow-ups, all while maintaining our commitment to quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and deliver high-quality clinical care to patients, ensuring proficiency and adherence to best practices.
  • Conduct and document thorough assessments of patients, followed by the execution of individualized therapy sessions, whether they be one-on-one or in groups.
  • Maintain a caseload of clients with diverse psychological needs, assessing and designing tailored treatment plans to address their unique challenges.
  • Work directly with patients and their families to identify potential psychological interventions and develop actionable resolution plans.
  • Utilize advanced clinical skills to manage crisis situations and provide immediate therapeutic interventions when necessary.
  • Create and maintain detailed treatment logs and care documentation, ensuring all evaluations and progress notes are accurately recorded.
  • Provide educational resources and supportive programming to patients and their families to enhance their understanding and engagement in the treatment process.
  • Regularly review patient progress and adapt treatment strategies as needed to meet evolving psychological needs.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications
  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
  • Applicants must possess relevant licensure, such as LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or PsyD (Doctor of Psychology).
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is mandatory, providing a strong foundation for technical and soft skills necessary to support our clients.
  • Experience in crisis intervention, group therapy, and multi-disciplinary teamwork is highly regarded.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000โ€“135,000 per year, commensurate with experience and licensure. In addition to a base salary, our compensation package includes:

  • A sign-on bonus of up to $1,500.
  • Performance bonuses of up to $2,000 based upon licensure and annual assessments.
  • Flexible working hours, with 5-40 hours per week, allowing you to tailor your schedule to your preferences.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including full medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
