THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re hiring full-time, W-2, entry-level customer-facing sales professionals to support Renmark’s growth in the field.

This role is designed as a starting point for individuals looking to build real skills, earn competitive income, and create future advancement opportunities.

You’ll receive structured classroom and hands-on training focused on:

  • Professional communication and confidence-building
  • How to engage homeowners in productive conversations
  • Identifying customer needs and qualifying opportunities
  • Setting the stage for successful in-home consultations

  • Represent Renmark professionally in residential communities
  • Start conversations with homeowners in a respectful, confident manner

  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and skill development
  • Work toward clear daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
