Job Description

Automotive Sales Associate

T&T Honda | Calgary, Alberta

T&T Honda is growing, and we are hiring multiple Sales Associates to join our Calgary automotive sales team.

Automotive experience is welcome but not required. If you are personable, competitive, coachable, and motivated by the opportunity to build your own results, we can teach you our vehicles and sales process.

This is a full-time, commission-based opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, following up with customers, and helping them make an important buying decision.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Join an established Honda dealership in Calgary
  • Commission-based earning potential
  • Opportunities for both experienced and entry-level salespeople
  • Training through Go Auto University
  • Ongoing coaching and development
  • Career advancement through Go Auto's promote-from-within culture
  • Comprehensive health and dental benefits
  • Health spending account
  • Three weeks of vacation after your first year
  • Employee Investment Program, subject to program terms and eligibility
  • Employee vehicle-purchase benefits
  • Community involvement through Go Auto charitable programs

What You'll Do

  • Welcome showroom customers and learn about their vehicle needs
  • Respond promptly to internet, telephone, and dealership leads
  • Present new and pre-owned vehicles based on each customer's priorities
  • Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Explain vehicle features, technology, protection options, and ownership benefits
  • Work with sales management to prepare purchase and lease options
  • Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-up activity in the dealership CRM
  • Follow up consistently with prospective, previous, and referral customers
  • Build repeat business through a trustworthy customer experience
  • Work toward monthly sales, appointment, follow-up, and customer-satisfaction goals
  • Remain current on Honda vehicles, dealership inventory, promotions, and industry requirements

What You Bring

  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • A customer-first, relationship-driven approach
  • Motivation to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Confidence initiating conversations and asking for the sale
  • Resilience, personal accountability, and a positive response to coaching
  • Strong organization and follow-up habits
  • Availability to work five days per week, including Saturdays
  • Ability to meet all AMVIC registration requirements
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada

Nice to Have

  • Previous automotive, retail, hospitality, wireless, furniture, or commission-sales experience
  • Experience working with a CRM or customer lead system
  • Existing AMVIC salesperson registration
  • Additional languages that help you serve Calgary's diverse communities
  • Experience is an asset, but potential matters. Candidates new to automotive sales will be considered if they demonstrate a strong work ethic, coachability, customer focus, and genuine comfort with performance-based compensation.

Compensation and Schedule

  • Full-time, commission-based sales position
  • Five working days per week, including Saturday
  • Uncapped earning potential based on individual performance
