Entry-Level Refrigeration & Maintenance Technician

Pay: $19.00 – $25.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift
Location: Local travel (company vehicle provided)

What You’ll Do

  • Perform service calls on refrigeration and related equipment
  • Complete preventative maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
  • Manage parts and tool inventory
  • Build strong relationships with clients through professional service
  • Travel to client sites using a company-provided vehicle

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge or training in refrigeration, HVAC, or mechanical systems
    (trade school, certification, or hands-on experience)
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
