Job Title: Cementing Bulk Plant Operator
Pay Range:ย $18.50 - $22.00/hour on W2

Location: Williston, ND 58801
Duration: 1 Year
Schedule:ย 15 and 6 with rotating days and nights, hours are minimum 12/day.

The position is entry level with no experience required. Preferred skills include oil field experience, forklift experience, warehouse experience, ability to work in adverse conditions, perform manual labor, and ability to use a computer.

About the Role:
Theย Bulk Plant Operatorย is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable Product and Service Delivery (PSD) to customers. The Bulk Plant Operator identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements Standard Work (SW), and manages risk during service delivery.
ย 
This role manages bulk plant facilities to facilitate delivery of prepared products and bulk materials to wellsites while maintaining excellent Quality Control (QC) in accordance with company policies and procedures. The Bulk Plant Operator assists in training other operators and trainees, ensures compliance with governmental regulations and industry standards, and reduces environmental impacts by following Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Blend and mix bulk products for delivery to the wellsite according to the job program design.
  • Check and/or calculate quantities of material blends required prior to loading.
  • Follow Product Line (PL) quality assurance procedures to ensure proper loading.
  • Coordinate movement of bulk products to and from locations with the PSD and Logistics Team.
  • Assist in conducting monthly inventory and completing daily paperwork for goods received and shipped.
  • Label and store additives safely and ensure proper disposal of empty drums and pails.
  • Maintain bulk plant equipment by performing daily checks and ensuring the plant remains clean.
  • Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
  • Wear required PPE and observe HSE policies.
