Position Summary

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and placing qualified candidates for our clients. You'll work closely with Account Executives and hiring managers to understand hiring needs while delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through placement.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting

  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct phone screens and behavioral-based interviews.
  • Evaluate candidates' technical skills, work history, and cultural fit.
  • Prepare candidate summaries and submit qualified candidates to clients.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct professional reference checks.
  • Manage offer negotiations and onboarding activities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Candidate Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with candidates.
  • Provide interview coaching and career guidance.
  • Communicate consistently throughout the hiring process.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Follow up with placed candidates to ensure successful onboarding.

Team Collaboration

  • Partner with Account Executives to understand client hiring needs.
