Position Overview:
As a Recruiter in our Priority Group Recruitment Team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional candidates from priority groups to join our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to develop strategies and processes that promote diversity and inclusion in our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing and Outreach:
- Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates from priority groups through various channels, including job boards, social media, and community organizations.
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and other community outreach programs to establish connections with potential candidates.
2. Candidate Screening:
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and alignment with our company culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates' technical and soft skills.
3. Diversity and Inclusion Advocacy:
- Work closely with the Diversity and Inclusion team to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain candidates from priority groups.
