Barnsco Texas is hiring a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in the Fort Worth construction equipment market.

This is not an entry-level role—we’re looking for closers who know how to build relationships, win business, and dominate a territory.

If you have experience in construction equipment sales, heavy equipment, rentals, or industrial sales and want to maximize your earnings, this is your opportunity.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

• Manage and grow a defined sales territory in the Fort Worth market
• Sell new and used construction equipment to contractors, builders, and industrial clients
• Prospect aggressively—cold calls, job site visits, referrals, and networking
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Deliver quotes, proposals, and close deals consistently
• Conduct equipment demos, inspections, and on-site consultations
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and close high-value deals
• Track pipeline, activity, and performance metrics
• Stay ahead of the competition by knowing your products, market, and customers

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven success in outside sales (construction equipment, heavy equipment, rentals, or similar industry)
• Strong track record of closing deals and hitting or exceeding quotas
• Ability to prospect, hunt, and develop new business
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated—you don’t need someone watching over you
• Strong business acumen and understanding of equipment applications
• Professional presence—you represent the brand in the field
• Valid driver’s license & ability to work a remote/field-based schedule
