Description
Who you work with matters. We are looking for someone who wants to begin building a real estate career within a luxury-focused team serving Long Beach and the surrounding coastal communities while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is open to licensed agents as well as individuals currently working toward their real estate license.
You will learn how to connect with buyers and sellers, respond to active inquiries, ask the right questions, and maintain consistent follow-up through systems connected to the Zillow Flex program. The goal is to help you become comfortable having real estate conversations while developing the sales and relationship skills needed to turn opportunities into appointments and clients.
Through hands-on experience, you will gain exposure to property showings, market research, client communication, negotiations, and the transaction process from initial contact through closing. You will also learn how productive agents organize their days, manage opportunities, and stay consistent with the activities that create business.
You will grow alongside experienced real estate professionals in an environment focused on luxury service, accountability, coaching, and professional development. Marketing resources and team support provide additional structure as you build confidence, strengthen your knowledge of the local market, and establish productive habits early in your career.
If you are ready to learn the business through real activity and build your career in the Long Beach coastal market, apply today.
