Launch your real estate career with confidence at GD Homes Real Estate! We are hiring driven individuals as Entry-Level Real Estate Agents to take part in a structured training program. You’ll receive hands-on guidance, qualified leads, CRM tools, and ongoing mentorship from an experienced broker.
No license required! This is a great opportunity to break into real estate AND learn how to do it correctly. If you're coachable, ambitious, and ready to grow, we’ll provide the full support you need to succeed!
This is a commission-only position; compensation is based on transactions closed.Compensation:

$100,000 at plan earnings


Responsibilities:
  • Represent the brokerage with professionalism during negotiations and closings.
  • Participate in structured training sessions focused on sales, client service, and lead management.
  • Provide excellent client service with responsiveness, professionalism, and follow-through.
  • Manage leads provided by the brokerage and follow up using our CRM systems.
  • Take part in ongoing mentorship and educational opportunities with industry experts.

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
  • Willingness to learn proven systems and accept feedback.
  • Professional, ethical, and reliable.
  • Highly driven with strong time management and organizational skills.
