Responsibilities:
  • Learn and apply Keller Williams models and systems for success
  • Build relationships with clients through communication and follow-up
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and coaching calls
  • Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach
  • Assist clients through each step of the buying or selling process
  • Manage CRM data and maintain consistent contact with prospects
  • Conduct open houses and property showings with professionalism
  • Prospect daily to build relationships with buyers and sellers
  • Host open houses and assist with lead generation activities
  • Follow up with clients using proven systems and the team CRM
  • Show homes and guide clients through the home buying and selling process
  • Participate in coaching, training, and accountability meetings to develop your business

Qualifications:
  • Must have or be actively pursuing a California real estate license

  • Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
