$80,000 - $120,000 at plan commission


Responsibilities:
  • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
  • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
  • Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings
  • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price
  • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base

Qualifications:
  • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
  • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
  • One year of work experience in real estate
