Job description

We are an expanding real estate company looking to add an Entry Level Property Management Maintenance Technician to our team.


Your main responsibility will be the conducting maintenance inspections on our rented houses and apartments keeping them in good condition while our residents are living in them.


This is a full time $18 an hour position.


Main Tasks:
-Scheduling inspections of houses.

-Correspondence with tenants.

-Performing inspections and checking off all item and documenting process

-Following up on inspections and recording all necessary documentation.


Secondary tasks:

-Assisting with the maintenance team in accomplishing work orders

-Assisting with the groundkeeper in mowing and upkeeping yards

-Assisting with rehab and turning properties into rent ready shape

-As we are a small company job responsibilities are always flexible in what may need to be accomplished.


Qualifications:

-Smartphone with ability to take and upload pictures

-A valid driver’s license, and basic tools.

-Pass a background and criminal check.

Most of our rental units are houses located across the city and will therefore require being willing to work in all parts of the Metro.
