Leasing Professional
Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Are you passionate about customer service and take pride in your abilities to communicate and problem solve? Our Part Time Leasing Professional at The 50Twenty Apartments could be a fit for you!
We've been in the industry for over 35 years and are growing daily. We have over 30 communities throughout Wisconsin, with many more in the works, which means the opportunities are endless and the fun has only just begun.
Here's what you'll do:
  • Manage the leasing process from start to finish, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs to close the lease
  • Demonstrate an all-inclusive understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospective residents
  • Follow-up on phone and internet inquiries from current and prospective residents
  • Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and planning of resident events and functions
  • Prepare lease agreements and maintain records using the most innovative online tools and systems

Schedule:
Saturdays 9am - 4pm; 1-2 weekdays a week with availability until 6pm; approximately 20 hours per week
