The Grant Fetter Homes Team is one of the fastest-growing real estate teams in Northern Illinois, and we're looking for an Operations Manager who is excited to help build something exceptional. You'll work directly with the Team Leader to streamline operations, improve business performance, and create scalable systems that support continued growth. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Wauconda, Illinois, offering a $60,000 base salary plus performance bonuses with total compensation typically ranging from $75,000–$90,000 annually.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $90,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Lead and improve the day-to-day operations of a growing real estate team by creating efficient systems, processes, and standard operating procedures.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and execution.

  • Oversee team technology, CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and operational workflows to improve productivity and decision-making.

  • Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and accountability initiatives that help agents and staff perform at their highest level.

  • Analyze business metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

  • Coordinate vendor relationships, marketing initiatives, client events, and other operational projects that contribute to the success of the organization.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, project management, business management, or a leadership role with increasing responsibility.

  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, particularly spreadsheets, reporting, and technology platforms; ability to quickly learn new systems is essential.

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize competing priorities independently.
