Are you a new licensee, or an experienced agent who knows how to manage a deal, but struggles with lead generation? This is a subcontractor, commission-only position. Active NH, MA, or ME real estate license required.


About the Job

As a Team Member, you will be assigned a steady flow of Zillow Realtor.com leads, sign calls and referrals provided by your team leader who is an experienced and successful agent who will help you fast-track your growth. You will participate in exclusive lead follow-up training covering all lead distribution platform best practices to maximize lead conversion. You will also have access to our comprehensive weekly REV UP! training program, which is custom designed to both bring new licensees up to speed, and to help experienced agents take their career to the next level. Business development and lead generation is considered the number one reason newer agents fail; we want to help hungry agents succeed in a collaborative, supportive environment. The ideal Team Member is coachable, responsive, and ready to put in the work to convert opportunity into closed transactions.
