Position Overview:

Responsibilities
• Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow rental and sales opportunities
• Prospect for new leads to promote new business
• Have local knowledge of the communities and neighborhoods we work in
• "Always be consulting" by providing clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs, and close the deal
Qualifications
• Valid real estate license in the state of New York
• Prior experience in real estate is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and commitment to promoting equal housing opportunities
• Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients throughout the transaction process
