Bridge Asset Management is a fast-moving real estate investment and development firm focused on sourcing and executing complex off-market opportunities. We acquire and structure deals across multiple states, with a primary focus on New York City, Florida, and New Jersey. Our work centers on development sites, land entitlements, industrial outdoor storage, and other value-add real estate opportunities.

We are seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions & Development Associate to join our team full-time. This is not a generic sales role. You will be representing an active principal buyer and working directly on real opportunities with real deal flow. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to build a serious, long-term career in the real estate industry.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to be deeply involved in the front end of the business, sourcing opportunities, speaking with owners, evaluating deals, and helping move transactions from first contact through execution.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Source new acquisition opportunities through outbound calls, follow-up, research, and relationship-building
  • Speak directly with property owners, brokers, and other sources to uncover off-market opportunities
  • Manage leads from first contact through signed deal terms
  • Analyze opportunities, gather property intelligence, and support underwriting
  • Review ownership, zoning, title, and other deal-related information at a high level
  • Coordinate site visits, internal follow-up, and communication with consultants, attorneys, and other third parties as needed

Ideal Candidate:

  • Professional presence and confidence in high-level conversations
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Coachable and eager to grow
  • Background in real estate acquisitions, brokerage, underwriting, or business development is preferred
