Job description

Love real estate and want to build a real career, but struggling to consistently find enough clients or opportunities?

We are looking for a licensed real estate agent to join our growing team and work in multiple areas of the business — including showing homes, working with buyers, prospecting for new clients, and growing into a listing agent.

This is not just a showing assistant position.

Showing homes can provide an immediate way to earn income while you build your own pipeline, sharpen your skills, and grow into a productive full-time agent. Our goal is to find someone who wants to become a strong Buyer’s Agent and Listing Agent while being supported by an established real estate team.

Our top-producing agents have clients who need help with property showings, inspections, walkthroughs, and other appointments. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to prospect, generate your own business, work with buyers from start to finish, pursue listings, and develop your real estate career.

We are looking for someone who treats real estate as a career — not a hobby.

Our team is energetic, client-centered, highly efficient, motivated, and fast-moving. We want someone who can match that energy and wants to grow alongside us.

If you want the support of a team while still having the opportunity to build your own real estate business, we should talk.

Responsibilities
  1. Show homes to buyer clients on behalf of yourself and other agents on the team
  2. Work with buyer clients to identify their wants, needs, budget, and ideal properties
  3. Develop relationships with buyers and guide them through the home-buying process
  4. Prospect and follow up with potential clients to build your own pipeline
  5. Develop opportunities to work with homeowners and grow into a Listing Agent
  6. Communicate professionally with clients, potential clients, agents, and vendors
  7. Respond promptly to client phone calls, emails, and text messages
  8. Schedule property showings with buyers, listing agents, and sellers
  9. Provide prompt showing feedback
  10. Attend home inspections, final walkthroughs, closings, and other appointments when needed
  11. Provide clients access to properties under contract for inspections, measurements, contractors, and other necessary appointments
  12. Assist senior agents and team leads with clients and transactions
  13. Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activities inside the team's CRM
  14. Participate in team training, prospecting, accountability, and professional development
  15. Build toward becoming a productive full-service Buyer’s and Listing Agent

Depending on the transaction and your experience level, a team lead or senior agent may assist with or handle contract drafting, negotiations, and higher-level transaction strategy while you continue developing your skills.

Qualifications
  1. Active real estate salesperson or broker license preferred
  2. Candidates currently pursuing their license may also be considered
  3. Desire to build a full-time career in real estate
  4. Professional appearance and communication skills
  5. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  6. Coachable and willing to participate in team training and accountability
  7. Comfortable spending significant time driving and meeting clients
  8. Willing to prospect and build a pipeline of your own clients
  9. Strong commitment to customer service
  10. Familiarity with CRM, marketing, lead-generation, and real estate technology — or the ability to learn new systems quickly
  11. Willingness to work with buyers, sellers, listings, and showing opportunities
  12. Team-oriented mentality with the desire to grow
Compensation

Buyer Listing Transactions:

Commission-based compensation on your real estate transactions

The more you develop your own client base and transition into a productive Buyer’s and Listing Agent, the greater your income opportunity becomes.

Showing Opportunities:

$30/hour + closing bonus for qualifying showings

This Opportunity Is Different

We are not looking for someone who simply wants to open doors.

We are looking for someone who wants to join a team, learn the business, earn while they grow, develop their own clients, work with buyers, earn listings, and become a successful full-time real estate professional.

Showing homes is one part of the opportunity — building your real estate career is the bigger picture.
