As a Real Estate Agent with The Larkin Group, you'll work with both buyers and sellers while learning from experienced professionals on one of Southern Utah's top-producing teams. Responsibilities
  • Successfully complete PLACE New Agent Launch and apply the team's lead generation, prospecting, and sales systems.
  • Consistently generate new business through calls, relationship-building, open houses, follow-up, and other approved prospecting activities.
  • Convert leads and prospecting efforts into qualified buyer and seller appointments.
  • Conduct buyer consultations, secure signed buyer representation agreements, and help clients identify suitable properties.
  • Guide buyers through property tours, offer preparation, negotiations, inspections, financing milestones, and closing.
  • Consult with prospective sellers, earn listing agreements, and develop effective pricing and marketing strategies.
  • Advise sellers on pricing, property preparation, staging, and other factors that can affect marketability.
  • Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of buyers and sellers.
  • Host weekly open houses and follow up with attendees to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communication, tasks, appointments, and activities in PLACE Technology.
  • Participate in weekly script practice, coaching, training sessions, Partner Calls, and team activities.
  • Develop strong knowledge of the Southern Utah market, local communities, contracts, and industry trends.
  • Use approved marketing materials, technology, and team resources to build and manage your business.
  • Provide responsive, professional service throughout each client's real estate experience.
Qualifications
  • Active Utah real estate license required.
  • Strong work ethic with a genuine desire to build a successful real estate business.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and willing to take responsibility for personal results.
  • Excellent rapport-building, listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable prospecting, following up consistently, and asking for appointments and business.
  • Able to build relationships through personalized calls, emails, events, and other outreach within the team's proven systems.
  • Coachable, learning-focused, and willing to practice and use proven scripts and dialogues.
  • Organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Able to negotiate confidently and remain composed when handling questions or objections.

  • Comfortable learning and using CRM systems, real estate technology, and branded marketing resources.
  • Previous real estate sales experience is helpful but not required.
