You will assist agents with administrative responsibilities, coordinate property listings, and facilitate clear communication among clients and team members.

Responsibilities
  • Execute PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
  • Complete Buyer Certifications and Web lead conversion certifications
  • Conduct min 2 open houses per month
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments
  • Participate in script practice sessions according to team standards
  • Engage in team activities as per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
  • Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable homes
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
  • Track activities and manage clients using PLACE Technology
